
Marilyn Keating received her BFA in sculpture from Moore College of Art
in Philadelphia, Pa. Throughout the last 10 years she has concentrated
much of her energy on public art, outdoor art and community projects
with the Rutgers University arts in education programing in Camden, NJ.
Though skilled in many materials, Marilyn is first
and foremost a woodworker. She has been the recipient of three
fellowships from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts,
has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions,
and has work in many public and private collections. Marilyn is a 2007 recipient of
The George and Helen Segal Foundation Award for New Jersey sculptors.
This site highlights Marilyn's studio work. Marilyn also works in partnership with Debra Sachs
on public art and studio projects at The South Jersey Museum of Curiosities.
They also make custom designed canes and walking sticks.
